THE DESIGN

This game is an unusual gaming experience, yet more normal than it seems. It's a 2D shooter with some unique querks. The graphics are simplified and stylish, and makes the game look a bit confusing. The controls make the game even more confusing (before you get used to them, that is).

You control two dots on a design, which can shoot at the angle from one to the other. New figures on the design appears and you earn points by removing them. This is what the shooting is for. Note that the enemies can only be killed while they're white. If you shoot an enemy while it's red, the bullet will turn against you. Aside from the normal shooting, you also have three upgrades that'll help you with getting a highscore.

The controls and gameplay hints are told within the game. Now download it! (1,4 megs, unzip before playing and beware of the resolution change!)

Well.. its pretty fun...

graphix = 1 (very gay)

gameplay = 6 (fun)

CPU = good

loading time = good

In America, people call things gay to say they are stupid. I do that, but I have NOTHING against gay people. I think it's just an American thing. That aside, this game is really cool! I liked the graphics, and the gameplay was very nice. It was quite hard at first, but I got used to it.

I have to say your game looks really cool. I havn't had a chance to play yet since my computer won't let me run any gm6 games but thats the price i pay for having an older computer.

Wow, I'm very pleasantly surprised. The screenshot does not do the graphics justice. The way the lines follow everything around at right angles makes for a very cool visual. Anyone who doesn't like the graphics was born after 1990.

The gameplay is rather interesting too. Kind of reminds me of Space Dual (a favorite of mine).

Sometimes I wonder if people deserve to be graced with Cactus's presence. Leaning towards no at the moment.

Much love for the attempt at innovation, that’s what is really important to me in independently made games. The intricate weaves of lines can look pretty cool at times, and I wonder what you could have done with some cool color effects and fading also. And the $ in front of hits made me laugh because I am childish. $hits, ha. It doesn't seem completed to me though, more like an amazing idea for a game than an actual finished project.

Very nice game, I enjoyed it! A bit confusing at first, but still very fun even when I was confused! The graphics are great, pixels before polygons my friend, old school pixelation games rule. Although inanimate objects cannot in turn be gay in the sexual way and/or the emotional way, gay refers to the main idea of something being idiotic and/or unpopular thus to the reason of the sexual relations of being gay. That is my, definition, of the common day word gay used in urban times.

Thanks for the kind words, and the ellaborate investigation of the game's sexuallity. The graphics may be different, and you could call 'em queer, but gay isn't the right word in my opinion. I'm glad many of you appreciate the look of my work

I wonder what you could have done with some cool color effects and fading also.

Explain what you mean... Sounds like you might've gotten some ideas that my mind didn't catch.

Is there anyone who can beat, or even come close to my highscore? (39400, as seen in the screenshot.)

Very Nice game, I really like it, the only problem I found is that it's impossible to move the two squares in a diagonal direction due to keyboard limitations, but anyway, It's still has a challenging and solid gameplay, I give it a 9/10 on it's own category

Did you try pressing F1, like it says? If you had, you would know to press enter to start the game, along with all the other controls.

ive seen 3 original games made with gm that i thought 'wow' too, and this im happy to say is one of them!

truly innovative and implimented perfectly! the graphics fulfil their purpose perfectly! and THAT is what makes good graphics! not how 'fancy' they look (even though, imo, they do look fancy in this game).

anyone making another mario clone, or sonic wannabee, who is reading this thread - look at the wicked comments he's getting for his game! take a leaf out of his book, make an ORIGINAL game, and let's get some more wicked games like this on the gmc!! PLEASE!!

Very cool, well designed game. Gameplay and graphics were nice and original. Requires a lot of coordination tho, I'd like to try it 2 player.
