Okay, well I modeled a gun in blender, and I made a cheap UVMap and texture for it. Then, I exported it as a wavefront .obj. I opened it in UVMapper, and the UV coordinates showed up:

That is the correct UV coordinates, but when I open it Marzipan, the UV coordinates get messed up. And no, the're not just flipped vertically.

I'm sure there's a quick fix to this, but I'm stuck sad.gif can anyone help me?
