Full Version: Converting Gm To A Nintendo Ds Format?

Hi I would like to know if it is at all possible to convert a gamemaker game into a nintendo ds game by reformatting it and throwing it on a micro ds card. Or to something of that effect. Anyone know about this?

No, it is not possible at all. Game Maker requires Direct X, only found on PC's and Xbox (I think)

Google DS Game Maker, it is a decent, easy to use program similar to Game Maker.

Well, you can run win2ds or whatever it is called with a flash cart (is that what it is called?) and then run a GM game that way, inside of win2ds. I've never done this, but I have seen articles of people doing it with GM games, so I know that it is possible.

But no, currently (and really, most likely never) there is no great way to run games made in Game Maker on a Nintendo DS.

No it is not possible At all, GM makes Windows programs that run only on windows.

Win2DS doesn't run Windows apps on the DS. It's an interface to your Windows computer using WiFi, screenshots, and mouse and keyboard emulation. It's basically a remote control for your computer. It's certainly not a supported way to use Game Maker and getting GM games to run on a DS is totally off-topic here. Sorry, I have to close this now.
