jack riddle
The game is simple. You play as the red circle at the bottem of the screen, the goal is to stay alive as long as possible and destroy the incoming circles to score points. The blue circles are the weakest and fastest, green shoots bombs at you, red is slow and tough, and greys falls fast and virtical but are hard to take down and are worth a lot of points

Controls
Enter: select from menu
Space: fire
Left/Right: change firing angle
Up/Down: adjust the degree of spray
"A" and "D": move horizontally

This is really my first "completed" game, just using lite edition for now. I've expirimented a lot before but never actually "finished" anything.

Well, even though you say it's "finished," the game could benefit from some more work. I mean it just gets very boring pretty darn fast. It needs more stuff. I like the adjusting of spray size and different "enemies" is good. But all you really do is hold space and move left and right mindlessly as you obliterate everything. Perhaps some power-ups, bosses or a simple change of scenery every once and awhile could spice things up and actually hold someones attention. Good start though.

well on "hard" or "really hard" its difficult to stay alive long enough to get bored.

but i know what you mean. when i say "finished" i really just mean a game that works like its supposed and has a main menu and all that. i had been playing around with game maker for months without completing anything. this only took about 2 days and was mainly to expiriment with new gml functions.

right now im working on a new platformer that just blows this away..
