Its a little annoying how you have to set every setting every time you go to the main menu. I think you should have default values for everything, like .1 Gravity, 10 Speed and white for background. And then just let the user change what he wants if he wants. The game is well made, it just lacks stuff. More variety would make it less repetitive.
You could maybe have some power-ups that turn you invisible for a little while so you can pass through walls. Perhaps some moving walls. Maybe the copter uses fuel, and you have to keep getting fuel pick-ups to keep going. I don't know, anything so that you don't just press space..space..space..space over and over again.

It was OK.
I don't like having to change all the settings and I don't think that's necessary. You should just select your difficulty and begin, with each difficulty having its own default settings. The player shouldn't need to change them, and I don't think they even want the option? I wouldn't change it...
The other problem was it was unoriginal - it's a fairly good game but so obviously based on the game Helicopter. I'm not sure if it was that extreme, either?
Maybe make it themed - your a military chopper transporting wounded soldiers/pilots who've fallen behind enemy lines. As you fly, your avoiding anti-air guns + rockets, enemy aircraft, infantry with RPGs, tall buildings (stay away from the ground). You can get pickups - armour, a gunner on your chopper, helicopter gunship escort, etc.
Anything like that would make it more original, more extreme.
Hope this helps!
