No.

You could have ordered a backup copy if you chose that option when purchasing GM, however, but there is no such thing as a "Game Maker Upgrade Disk."

Note you may very well have to contact Softwrap to have your activation code reactivated... That just sounds strange. tongue.gif Thankfully Game Maker 8 is ditching Softwrap. (No offense to Softwrap, they always treated me nicely.)

Explain your situation and such if you contact Softwrap, provide as much information as you can and they are cool.

He could be using a computer away from his home like at school, the library, etc. He needs it at his house to active the online way though. smile.gif

When you buy Game Maker Pro you have a option to get a disc with it. You could pretty much just use that.
tommygame
ahh okay... u could ask a friend to download the trial for u.. maybe put that on a disk or on a memory stick?
Zezuken
I'm pretty sure he thought of that, but he wants Pro, not the Lite one.

Um... There isn't exactly a "lite" or "pro" you download, you download the installer, and then register it.

Yes, but you can't register something online when you don't have internet.

Its just like ninja's trying to go after you while you're surfing a robo Dracula from the moon, it just doesn't work!

(quick run down) when i had internet i upgraded my game maker thats how i made cyroid 16 3 sad thing is that when you try to purchase godzilla figures off internet stores the emails they send you have viruses on them so strong they make you have to use destructive restore on your computer thier by destroying the softwrap file reverting game maker to lite.
Zezuken
Well the emails can't do it themselves, you must of downloaded something from those emails numbnuts, and is it that hard to get free antivirus programs?

But I don't really see what the problem is, if you have internet on your computer then just upgrade to pro.
