Its simply as the title says. This program is more for decoration.

How to use:

Space: full screen / window
CTRL : put back window border / take away window border

There is a text file with it. Its named "bin_clk_fc.txt." This is used for default settings when the program starts. To change them open up the file and change the first number to a 1 to start it in full screen and a 0 to leave it in window mode. The second number you change to a 1 to start in window mode and a 0 to start with no window.

The top red box are the hours . The blue ones are the minutes. And the yellow ones are the seconds. The green box in the top left is am or pm. When the green box is glowing its am and when its not its pm.

If you what to know how to read it go to here:

and read the "True Binary mode" paragraph.

The clock works in a 23 hours mode.
