Personally, I thought the game was a little too repetitive. For example - collecting 208 coins, where none of the coins provide any kind of challenge was a pretty boring two minutes. The fact that the coins blended in with the purple background simply made it annoying to have to squint at the screen. Shooting the blocks ten times to get through them was also very boring since there was no challenge (for example enemies could be shooting at you while you have to dodge the bullets).
Which brings me too my next point... the bullets. The bullets on the boss level to be specific. That whole seem really hard, but not in any kind of way that pertains to skill (hard but not challenging). The fast bullets were absolutely unavoidable if the boss fired them at the same height you were at. Even if you were moving at the very back of the room and started moving up or down as soon as the bullet was fired, you couldn't avoid them. This makes the fight rely on luck more so than skill. After all it wasn't too hard to avoid the single bullet in the beginning as well as shooting the boss. But those other bullets... Don't get me wrong - I love difficult boss fights, but only in terms of a difficulty that can be overcome with the growth of skill and experience.
I was quite happy when I got out of the purple room and didn't have to collect any more of those coins, but by then, my eyes were pretty tired, and my mind was fairly bored.
One thing I did like though was the aspect of the puzzles. They were both pretty fun... but why did you make it so that the during the second puzzle, you didn't have to maneuver the blocks in such a way that they avoided touching each other? It was quite possible, and I did it like that for fun because I enjoy that kind of thing.
The story was a pretty cool premise. But with the game being deleted... why was the user going to delete the game? That game he is going to delete is your game. Didn't the user enjoy it?

The music was pretty interesting as well... very tense. Good job with that!
I don't know if I would call this an adventure game since there isn't much exploration as opposed to a general "get through the level" feel...
Either way, I do appreciate the effort you put into this game. Keep it up!
