Not sure I've placed this post in the correct area or not.

So, I purached Game Maker 7 a ways back and paid to register my copy. I would like to move the registered version from my desktop to my laptop. I no longer have the registration key. Is there anyway I could obtain my key or move the program from one machine to the other without needing to know my key?

I do not currently have the internet on my desktop as a side note.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you still have access to the E-mail you registered with on your Desktop i am pretty sure you can be re-send the key.

try using "activate existing license" instead of "activate new license"
if that fails, email softwrap, or contact the yyg helpdesk

I think YYG just tells you to go to softwrap for help...

softwrap will help you though. Just tell them your problem, and they should be able to fix it

Even if you are successful at getting your activation key, Softwrap requires the computer to be on the Net to activate. YYGs used to have a mechanism where you can activate by phone, I'm not sure if they still support this or not.
