When you run the program, it creates a visual basic script that will make Microsoft Sam, Windows' text-to-speech reader, insult you. To use it you need to create an insults.ini file with a list of insults. The first time you run the program, it will create a sample insults.ini file for you and also a readme.txt file. It will also have Microsoft Sam read you instructions on how to use the program.

Not a bad program. I noticed you probably used the Lite Text-to-speech script from the Scripts section, no shame in that. However, I noticed there wasn't a Lite banner on the top left of the screen. Either you have Pro or had someone with Pro compile it for you. If you do have Pro, you could've done a little more I think. Either way, considering how simple it is, I would have to assume it was just for your own coding practice. Keep up the creativity flowing. It kind of reminds me of the "Master Chief Sucks at Halo" series.
