There are certain things I would like to criticise immediately, though I have not played it yet.
36.2Mb ... For those with dialup and even I who have broadband, would still find downloading this daunting. What inflated its filesize? Music? As graphics do not deign to be the issue. Also on the monitor I'm using (800x600), it would be immediately incompatible ... 1000x700 forced resolution I presume?
Apart from that, the lack of coherent plot or hints at actual gameplay kind of turns me off :-( If it is a sort of GTA/Sim thing, then some gameplay elements should be detailed, even though you have several screenies.

And who's Dr Phil?

The file was large because of the music, but mainly sound effects. I cut it down to 20mb.
