What if you live in a foreign country but
is moving to the united states soon..

Unless you're planning on having the Pro edition be delivered to you via physical mail (rather than just buying the serial number and using it on the executable you download from their website), you shouldn't really worry about it. Just put in your information as accurately as you can (remember that billing information must be correct no matter where you live), and you should be fine.

Put whatever address is attached to the credit card you will be using to buy it.
