Thanks to the GMFI DLL I have made an icon maker. Using it you can easily make 32 by 32 icons that work for your game maker games! You can choose borders, backgrounds and images all in one program! No need to spend 30+$ on a program that will do virtually the same! The Little box in the corner allows you to preview your image!

Fixed now.

I made an icon and two things happened:

The icon was inverted. To fix this, I just made the original image inverted.

When I uploaded it to my game, it displayed the icon in the Global Settings menu, where you upload the icon. But, it did not appear on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen. It was just a blank space with the game's name.
