Beneton Movie GIF (BMG) is a complete GIF editing tool made in Game Maker. It supports 48 file formats, such as BMP, GIF, JPG, and PNG. Use drag-and-drop to move frames quickly. Multiple frames selecting and many different effects make it easy to get the results you want in only a few clicks. I am not jealous, you can tell the way the program is set out. All the win32 buttons, menus etc.

Digiboy, it seems to be a problem with your memory. BMG is a big GM program, so I guess it takes a lot of graphical memory and RAM. What are your specs?



Seems to be the same kind of problem. Never got anything like that before on my computer. I will be working hard on correcting lags and memory problems in the next version.



lol! This was made in Game Maker, all the graphics are sprites and the menus can be done in GML. But I use some external programs to save as GIF and to convert files. By the way, I really like your program Photoweb.



Yeah, ''kidding'' but you could give bad ideas to some people. I don't know what's happening with my website. Actually you are right, it should have expired yesterday because I was going to sign up with another webhost, but today it seems to be working again. I guess I'll just contact my current webhost and correct this.

Ahh, excellent. I'm glad this is finished. You must be pretty dedicated to actually finish such a mammoth task as this.
V 1.0 is great. The effects are very well done. I'm glad you made the input boxes highlight-able.
I'll definitely be using this program instead of MS Gif Animator.

Hey everyone! I've got good news. BMG is now on Softpedia, see first post! If you are interested, I would like you to give a small comment about it on its page, as well as a (good?) rating.

Also, I have started to work on version 1.1. So far, many bugs have been corrected (not major ones, else I would make a 1.0b) and I have added a nice small play bar, like in video editing programs. Please give me your suggestions for this new version (remember it is a minor update, but you can suggest me big things for the next MAJOR update).

Amazing! 10/10. One of the few game maker games/apps. I'm actually keeping on my computer.


EDIT: I did get one error however. I clicked on "transition" in the animations section and left all the values default and I got this:

I tried to reproduce your error but couldn't. If you can answer the following it would really help me:
- How many frames did you have in your animation?
- What was their approximate size?
- What frames did you apply the effect on? (You said default values, so at least what frame was selected?)

Well I have updated the script to make sure no GM error message will be displayed if the ''sprite'' doesn't exist, I have made my own error message for that.

A suggestion for your next update:
I believe it's been mentioned before, but I'd like to say it again. Being able to apply a delay for each frame separately instead of all of them being the same would be first class.
