... What do you mean "there was another way?"
There was another way things could have gone, at the end...

Never really commented on Ark22 I think, though it really was an amazing experience for me. Isn't that the best goal you can accomplish as a game developer? Give people an epic experience that they will forever remember?
Wow. Indeed it is - thanks.

It means a lot to hear that.

Who wants the broken glass?
Someone in the bar on the far-East coast of the lake.
ITEM LOCATION spoilers ahoy:
Biomatter:In the order they appear on the pedestals in the Library (1-4 across the top row, 5-8 below):
- 01: Cliff outctop room in Dungeon 1.
- 02: High cliff on East side of Mountain pass - coming from second village.
- 03: Third village (Daska & Co.).
- 04: Northern edge - one room north of NSV.
- 05: Hidden in Right passage in Dungeon 2.
- 06: In Cardinal crossing, West of the bridge North of NSV. Not East... sorry
- 07: Frozen cave, the entrance to Dungeon 1.
- 08: Beneath the mountain, a few rooms North of NSV.
Collecting all the biomatter allows you to open an unlimited bank account with the HGA in the NSV library, but there is a more global incentive to complete this, and other, trading sequences.
Crystals:- NSV Shooting Gallery prize (200 pts.).
- Dungeon 1, after reversing the gauges in a North room...
- East lake island.
- Mountain lodge ball minigame (Hard difficulty, 400pts.).
- North-West village Quick-draw minigame (Hard difficulty victory).
- Dungeon 1, tunnel.
- Dungeon 3, 'desert' room.
- Dungeon 3 dark maze.
- Cardinal crossing, in a chest.
- Mountain ravine top (West from Mountain Lodge).
.
The crystals allow you to get the TA-845 (that's your rifle) internal amplifier, which overcharges the energy buffer six times before firing.
Trading sequence:A thousand cries of "I knew it!" ring out; the answers unfold.

- Get statue in NSV Health Hall for free.

- Trade for SOCE: Vol. III in Northwest bar.
- Trade for defused mine in Northwest bar.

- Trade for Samosadisk faceplate in plains SAT station.
- Trade for SOCE: Vol. IV in far-East coast robo-duel arena.

- Trade for some snow in plains control room.
- Trade for SOCE: Vol. I in the same room.
- Trade for a nibbled biscuit in lakeside (two rooms East of NW village).
- Trade for Happy Gaming Association Membership Card in Mountain pass.
The HGA card enables you to play most minigames for free, and constitutes the end of the trading sequence. Looking back, I'm impressed anyone went to all that trouble without any hints. Thanks, people.
If you're still wondering why things don't seem to end up the way you want after finishing all the trading sequences, consider
activating all SAT stations, maybe
acquiring the Flask, and possibly
opening a bank account too...
Challenge:Secondly, I will reveal every single answer to the Samosaphone dialogue (i.e. cheats menu) as soon as someone finds one independently which I haven't already posted, i.e. not "I want my flask empty." and not "I want some Coffee.".
Happy hunting.
