Haha alright, don't worry. I think I'll make it in HTML5, and make an alternate one in AJAX for devices.


That doesn't really make sense? How can you make one in just HTML5, it would require either AJAX, JSONP or Web Sockets?

If you're going with C# for the server side stuff, why not have a jam at using Web Sockets as a opposed to Ajax? .NET 4.5 comes with built in Web Sockets support.

Note that web sockets are not supported by all browsers, and even if they are, they're configured to be off be default.

From what I've tested it works on the latest Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer 10, Safari (tested from my iPhone). And is on by default in all these browsers.

Also, a few of the most popular ASP.NET hosting sites now support Web Sockets.
