    Also yeah, 3d is hard because lack of things most engines take for granted such as material shaders, lighting, nav mesh, collision aware animation rigs. Everything is just a pain in the ass.

    It's still fun though, and most things can be done by 3rd party. It's putting all the resources together, then making your own models and stuff, then actually making a game. it's too taxing for one person.
