Magical Deluxe

MAGICAL DELUXE

Story:
You're a teacher who had a really bad day and even the cops came by to pay you a long visit. It's getting late and you still didn't have supper. On your way home, you stop by your favorite Pizza Restaurant and you try a new meal on the menu called Magical Deluxe. A few minutes later, things are getting more and more wierd but some how fun and interresting. Turns out the mushrooms in the pizza were in fact, magic mushrooms.

Description:
The goal in this game is simple, just walk to the end of the levels as you trip out in a world of hallucination.

Warning:
This game contains some drug content and coarse language.

Understand:
Understand that this is just a game made for the fun of woundering around in a very colorful and out of this world environnement and that I'm not trying to encourage you to do shrooms or any drugs, I just made a little story up so that it would make sense. Some of you may try this game when you're high, but that's none of my business. And by the way, I'm no stoner or anything like that.

Graphics:
This game has 3D graphics, but they're pretty simple. The textures are what makes this game so wierd. Some textures appear to be changing as you move closer or farther.

Soundtrack:
Pink Floyd's Comfortably Numb from their 1979 album The Wall.

The buzz gets even more intense.

Advice:
It's recomended that you read the game information so that you know how to move and stuff. Between each stage, there are some texts about how your character feels. You can read them if you want, or if you wanna have a little more fun you can skip them by pressing the spacebar.

Have a nice trip!

3d Sounds

03 June 2009 - 11:58 PM

I'm making a top-down game, but how do I make 3D sounds? If a car passes close, how do I make a car sound that increases and fades away? Please help and I'll give credit. :(

Chaos

Would it be a good idea to make a game about a city tearing itself apart, in which EVERYONE is killing each-other to survive because of I don't know... a big problem in the city? If yes, I'll make a game about this and create a storyline. Like houses would burn, citizens would be constantly shooting at each other, and sometimes at you, and your goal would be to stop the city from dying. And police-force would be no-longer effective. The army would try to stop the town's wilderness by gunning down people, shooting missiles into buildings, and if you don't take care of the city in time, too late, you die 'cause once, they'll shoot a nuclear bomb, so everyone dies including yourself. So? Would it be good?

Gunned Up Times

18 October 2008 - 03:27 PM

Gunned Up Times is a 3D first person shooter about the great american civil war. You play as a south-american soldier. This game doesn't really have a story, you start as a private and you must fight your way until you become captain and you retire. When you're a private, you can visit the town near the fort one time, and when you retire, you'll live in that small town until you die. There are some activities you can do in the city: eat, drink beer, play drunken darts, shoot targets, challenge someone in a showdown. The career mode has 15 missions, some of them are short, some of them are long. The game should last about 20-40 minutes to complete. When you die in the city because of hunger or because you weren't quick enough, the doctor will bring you back to life if you have at least 10$ in your pockets, but if you don't have that amount of money, you stay dead and that's where your story ends. My friends say: "Re-live the Great American Civil War". They said ir's the best game I've ever made. Not the best game in the world, but it's worth the play. In most missions your weapon is a rifle, but some of them lets you use the canon and the gatling gun. Have fun!

Cash

24 August 2008 - 10:29 PM

How do you make money? I mean, it says: ''MONEY:'' in the hud? And how do you do that if something costs 200$ and you have less than that amount then you can't buy it? Until now, I've done cash with the score actions when doing an object. Is that the right way?
