Nature sprites & tiles request

Hey all,

Hoping some of you talented artists could help me out. I am looking for repeating backgrounds & decal tiles of a style similar to this:

Specifically, the following requests:

512x512 preferred

Backgrounds:
  • Dirt
  • Snow
Below: sizes from 16x16 to 64x64

Decals:
  • Small Rocks
  • Large Rocks
  • Flowers (example in picture)
  • Chunks of Wood
  • Leaves

Critters: (My attempt at rabbits are the small white looking critters in the picture.)
  • Mice
  • Sheep
  • Cows
  • Birds
  • ..etc

Please let me know if you can help, or need more information.

One Hour Game: Destroy the triangles!

Hey guys,

I decided I would write the simplest game I could in less than an hour (It is all the free time I had today). Realistically, I probably spent about 45 minutes on it. The walls use surfaces, and that is about the extent of the games' complexity.

*Design an item "Class"

Hey all,

I am in the progress of adding more diverse item "classes" to my current project, and I figured I'd ask the community to help me develop ideas for them. The game already does random item enchantments and name generation, but it requires some predefined classes so that the names actually make sense :)

Copy this example template and fill it out with any of the the values below:

[b]Prefix[/b]: "" (none)
[b]Suffix[/b]: "of Ice"
[b]Rarity[/b]: Superior
[b]Equipment type[/b]: Any
[b]Enchantments[/b]: 
--> Cold Damage (2-4)
--> Cold Resist (10%-15%)

For the prefix & suffix, be creative; but try to make them make some "sense" :) You can also put multiple prefixes & suffixes which allows for some variation.

Rarity from lowest to highest: Superior, Rare, Super Rare, Uber

Equipment Type can be any of the following: Helmet, Pauldrons, Shields, Weapons, Armor, Boots, Trinkets, Amulets, Rings, or Quivers

Enchantments can be any of the following, with either a range of values or set values:

Strength Bonus
Dexterity Bonus
Intelligence Bonus
Health Bonus
Mana Bonus
Fire Damage
Cold Damage
Shock Damage
Poison Damage
Fire Resistance
Cold Resistance
Shock Resistance
Poison Resistance
Magic Resistance
Magic Find Chance

Ambient Sound Requests

If anyone is interested, I am looking for some ambient background sounds for the following environments:

1. Forests
2. Caves
3. Towns

Descriptions:
1. The forest track(s) should contain nature sounds - possibly including wind sounds, rustling leaves, chirping birds, etc. Try to make the sounds ambient and not too aggressive.

2. The cave track(s) should be echoic, with water dripping, maybe some bats flying, etc.

3. Town track(s) should just contain some background noise such as distant chatter, wind, birds, etc.

These tracks will be used in my current project, and I will give credit.
