Understand that the help file is being continuously revised (and probably will for at least the next few releases) so be prepared to do the conversion again.
May I ask how you accomplished this conversion?
I used the trial version of Nitro PDF to convert the three main sections of the help file. I then joined everything together using Adobe Acrobat Professional.
