Hi i was wondering if there was any way to have a function that does the same as sprite_set_alpha_from_sprite but for use on a background, so some way to use a alpha mask on a background because i have tried using sprite_set_alpha_from_sprite on a background image and it does not work. This would be much appreciated if someone could help.
