So, my question is this:
When I release the beta, should it be half-priced, or free?
There is enough content in the beta to show off its core features and playability, so it's probably worth the $4.99 (AUD) that consumers would pay for it. If I were to sell it, it would make some quick cash to help create a port for the Mac and pay for a nice looking website.
However, if I were to provide the beta as free to download, then it could bring in more consumers, and spread the word around more before the fully commercial release.
So, back to the original question:
