When you use the mouse wheel, you should be able to set the scroll wheel to increase or decrease the with and hight of the view simultaneously with these commands:

view_wview[0..7] Width of the view in the room.
view_hview[0..7] Height of the view in the room.

For the jewel cases, you can easily find hundreds of them in office supply stores or technology supply wholesalers. As for the discs, you have many options to choose from. You can get a printer that prints onto printable CDs, a LightScribe drive, or a CD labeling kit (for very small batches).

Alternatively, if you want a more professional solution to do all this for you, look up "CD/DVD duplication services" near where you live.
