Hello All,
I'm looking for a simple way to change the "Show Dialogue Box" option in Game Maker 8.0. Is there a way to do that with or without extensions? I just want to format my dialogue boxes so it does not say "Okay" at the end of each one. I need it to be something befitting of an action RPG without having to make the boxes from scratch.
I need the box to do three things:
+Display and pause the game until the user clicks the confirmation box
+Be EASY and CONVENIENT to change the text when editting in Game Maker. I don't want to have to change the border size depending on the number of letters in the message
+Be prettier than the grey square that is default
