About Me

First of all, I technically became an Indie Game Developer right after finishing my Capstone Game Design Class on Feb 10, 2012.

For those of you who don't know what a Capstone class is, it's a class where the students are given a chance to prove their knowledge by actually trying to develop, design, and finish a project with the skills they have been taught.

I understand a lot about both the programming and artistic design sides of making games, but don't really see myself as a programmer or an artist.
I'm still developing an art style for myself, and usually just make basic sprites that are easily recognized for what they are suppose to be.

Game development programs I understand are; 3DSMax (For creating 3D meshes), Adobe Flash, Adobe Photoshop, UDK engine, Unreal Script, and C++ (Talk about a long way to make a game).

Game development programs I am learning are; MotionBuilder (For animating and create animation sets for 3D models), Gimp, GameMaker Lite 8.1, and GML.

The list of game development programs I would like to learn is long, and constantly changing do to the development of newer and better software.
I don't know everything about the programs I understand, and I never will. To reach that point would require me to focus on learning that program and not on developing games.
