I appreciate the advice, but I can't do anything about the texture, that is the limitations of the style I am using. Chiptune style is by definition rather sparse and empty, and the software refuses to allow me to do anything else.

Sorry, I'll correct that. I am not a god at famitracker. Those kind of songs are really really difficult and take a lot of skill. Which I don't have.
