At present I`m Developing FPS 3D "Slade"

At present I`m Developing 3D FPS "Slade"
Main features of the game are:
1) system of Health that is an imitation of real Human`s body.
Lots of parameters made to imitate human`s body behaviour fully that . That results in interesting and unexpected gameplay nuances, secrets of tactics and strategy;)
e.g. If any monster bite your alterago`s leg - it will result in lame walk, lower speed of run, smaller distance and height of jumps etc.
Moreover strange bite causes a bleeding, that should be stopped. If not, - all the blood could be lost))
While having a strange bleeding, alterago have an insufficient blood pressure - and that result in bad vision and stars flying over the screen)
While bleeding is stopeed, but much of blood was lost - all the processes inside of the alterego`s body would be slowed, because of
insufficient form elements in blood.
But don`t worry - there is an blood bank item on the level, so you can find it and make a blood transfusion:) But it still need to have a certain medical skill.
2) Inventory with lots of items, designed to take care of yours alterego`s body:)
3) Certain things, like nice AI of monsters, gravitation, multilevel game locations, etc
4) Maximal Approximation to the real world: full interactiveness with surrounding objects(not only hold&drop but also
take to the inventory, combine with other items and get some any kind of item wich can also be used, if alterago knows how:)
e.g. - You can pick up some kind of herbs, that your alterego knows to be medicinal.
Combine that herbs with an item of Bandage, that you have already in inventory
and get kinda "herbical bandage" that could not only stop bleeding, but also desinfects a wound and gives a little healing effect.
Or you can simply eat that herbs and watch you alterago dies or recovers:)
5) System of skills (Medical, Weapons, Mystical Skills etc..)
So..
It`s like a japan Tamagotchi, but for older chilldren)) probably, for maniacs^))))
so your alterego`s health state directly reflects on gameplay)
Doesn`t look it strange when having 1% hp player runs and fires as newborn?)))
So my game is some kind of attempt to make the gameplay as much as possible real, close to real life
