i need animators

i need animators:

I need peopel with 5 years exp in animation for a chuck norris fan game.

you must have animation experience from a big motion picture company or from a games company like ea games, ubisoft, bathesda softworks, or nintendo.

pay is 35.60/hr and you can choose to work in detroit michigan, pheonix az, or seattle washington.

we have 3 other games we are making including a anime type shooter game and 2 MMORPGs.

make it so teh character will move a certain way when a yellow switch is activated. this is really frustrating me. they move the same way when the switch is thrown but i can't get it working at all.

i have it so that this oen guys named weny throws a yellow switch and this bluye guiy is supposed to do a horse dance and get down! and then his guts are supposed to explode everywhere.

all he does is stand there and not evne blow up!! please help me so much thank you
