MySQL with 39DLL?

I've been searching around the GMC for something, anything, that can execute MySQL through 39DLL. The dlls for just MySQL are unsecure, so I need something like a code snippet to help. I know this has been posted before, but I just can't find anything explaining it.

EOI is a sandbox-based game in which you manipulate blocks to create, destroy, and discover your world. Go through randomly generated lands, either by yourself or with your friends. Keep building until you reach the Edge of Infinity!

A sort of Terraria Clone, with Minecraft elements.

In Alpha v0.5:

Build and Destroy Blocks
Buggy Multiplayer (Server Software not included)
Saving and Loading Levels
Flying (for testing purposes)
Non-Infinite levels (for now)
Sheep that run

Also, a giant credit to Brod's Amazing platform Engine.
