Crimson Tears ~ Online FPS Action
02 April 2011 - 11:10 PM
Crimson Tears
What is it?
An online First Person Shooter powered by 39dll and Reflect Games. Currently featuring over 10 weapons (with various attachments), 4 game modes, a wide variety of air support, and a unique base-building system, Crimson Tears has a lot of action in one delightful little package.
What does it look like?

How do I play it?
First, you'll need an account at Reflect Games, if you don't already. It's fast and totally free.
Then, you just hop in and join a server or create your own. If you wish to host, you will have to make sure you configure your router to forward port 8640, if you have one.
Four gametypes are currently available:
Deathmatch - One kill = one point. First to the score limit wins.
Team Deathmatch - Deathmatch, but on teams. When Bonus Points appear on the map, capture them to grant a huge Resource Point bonus to your team!
Point Control - Take over the four Control Points on the map. The more you control, the faster your team earns points.
Capture the Core - Capture the Flag, but with fancy cans. Build a strong fortress to hold your Core while sieging the enemy stronghold to steal theirs.
Gameplay is split into two Phases: Build Phase and Battle Phase.
In Build Phase, move to an empty Build Zone (or one that belongs to your team in team modes) and claim it as your own.
Use the build system to create your own unique base!
In the Battle Phase, you do battle with the other players by shooting them. In first person.
What are the controls?
W S A D - Move
Spacebar - Jump
Right Click - Aim Down Sights
Left Click - Fire Weapon
R - Reload
1 2 3 - Change Weapons
Q E - Adjust A509 Sniper with Variable Scope
F - Call in an Airdrop (with at least 200 Resource Points)
For Building:
Home - Enter Build Mode (when on a Build Zone)
End - Exit Build Mode
Arrow Keys - Move Cursor
Spacebar - Start / Finish block
Backspace - Start / Finish delete block
Keypad + - or Z X - Move Cursor Up / Down
Keypad 4 6 or A S - Rotate Camera
Where can I download it?
You can download the game from here!
Please be sure to leave your comments and suggestions in this topic!
