I understand that the software is difficult, but passing the blame for your lack of skill (rather, skill that has yet to be harnessed) onto the software and the genre is the wrong way to go.

ElectroMan wasn't saying your song was bad.  He was saying you've got a lot to learn.  I'm saying the same thing.  Pretty decent first attempt, but your second will be better if you take a bit of advise and do a little bit of research and mess around with things to find your own style.  Research in this case is as easy as listening to some good music.

I appreciate the advice, but I can't do anything about the texture, that is the limitations of the style I am using. Chiptune style is by definition rather sparse and empty, and the software refuses to allow me to do anything else.

Dang, I always seem to miss these things!  Maybe I'm just not involved enough to notice beforehand. >.<

Marking the last weekend of July on my calender...

I have now died 8 times...  Only twice have I actually been killed though.  The other times have be simply due to my tendency to accelerate towards the ground.  One of those times might have involved a zombie injuring devise that relies on gravity.  >.>

My plans of not dying aren't going as well as I hoped.

Why has no one told me about this before? xD
