@iloveportalz0r: Wow, great job. That link to "Syringe" caused Avast! to quickly abort the connection due to the detection of a Trojan.

-IMP ;) :)

That's because it's a DLL injector...
It won't harm your computer. Not everything that an antivirus program blocks is bad.

So? I've downloaded other DLL injectors without any problems; it's just yours that freaks out Avast!.

I've never had false positives from Avast! before, and I'm not about to assume that a DLL injector link posted on the GMC was the first.

-IMP ;) :)

That one is a few years old, made in assembler. It's also the only DLL injector that I know of that can call a function in the DLL after it's injected.

If you use a DLL injector, this can make other programs run faster too. FireFox usually uses around 100,000 KB of RAM for me, but when I used TheSyringe (http://white-scorpio..._syringe1.1.zip) to call the clean function in FireFox, the RAM usage went down to just over 1,000 KB! Very useful! Don't do that to anything important, though. It can cause random crashes :(

Using a BAT loop you can repeatedly inject the DLL over and over to remove crap from the RAM. For anyone who doesn't know how to do that because they hate computers or something, try this:

@echo off
:cleanff
syringe firefox.exe 1 CleanMem.dll halo_shg_clean
:loop
cls
goto cleanff
