Okay, at least I'm through following tutorials. But I need you to join my company. I need professional developers that are licensed by Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo. My website will be done in a few months, so we can make games for PC.

Payments: $500,000 for the group only, while I get the rest. (In case if I can trademark our stuff.)

How to start a video game company?

Hello, guys. I was wondering... does anyone know how to start a video game company? Do I need a Trademark for the games I'm selling? The game engine I'm using is always Game Maker(and the console development kits like Wii, PS3, and Xbox.). I don't have enough money to pay all the taxes, and stuff. I'm using the website software called Webs and checking Legal River for the Terms of Service, can you also tell me about it? PLEASE! I need your help. :unsure:

Hello, I just made a game that it's like Pac-Man last year, but a luckiest thing is that I use my own characters, not Namco's, but the gameplay is the same thing. I was wondering about the same gameplay I used whether it's legal or not. I don't want to steal anything, I just want to learn and be able to sell it.

Hey, guys. I was just asking, My game will be an epic GTA/RPG game, but I got a question about it. Is it legal to use music from other video games? Because Sonic 1 and 2 Genesis, Rampage World Tour, and... a little bit more are perfect. If so, how do I contact the other companies about it? Please help, my website is under construction. And yes, my games will be sold there.
