The latest version of Firefox is 20.0.1, and it locks up from this game at the ending. I couldn't exit the tab, so I had to close the browser. I went off and did something else, then came back, and was told I couldn't run Firefox because it was already open. Had to ctrl alt del and choose program manager to close that instance of it running.

About Me
I may not be the fastest learner or doer, but I won't give up, and eventually will have something working this time around.
I bought GM HTML5 after reading about it, Game Maker something I could always program in, and now it can do browser games! Not as easy as it sounds though... so many bugs and whatnot. You'd think they'd have the most common things setup already for people to use, or a fully functioning example where it all worked out just fine.
Years ago I made some games with Xception's Irrlicht wrapper among other things, but found it limited as the game grew in size, things just lagging up too badly, computers way back then much slower than they are now though. Read that Game Maker is going to be rewritten in C++ instead of Delphi, and that buying GM HTML5 got you a free copy of GM Studio and your code in one would work in the other, so I'm looking forward to that. All limitations of the past will be forgotten, and I'll finally be able to finish my dream.

I tried to enter my licensing key again, and it doesn't work.
"Download error, the system can not find the specified file" is what it says.

Fixed on the server side - should update correctly now...
Fixed now. Thanks.
Only problem now is the ever reoccurring 5piceide error boxes that pop up at the start, 9 in a row now, and I have to click OK through. But it was there last time, and at various previous times. Whenever they fix it with one update, they just cause the error again with the next one.
Plus the fact that the demos and tutorials option at the start doesn't have a scroll bar, so some of them appear off screen with my 1024 by 768 settings. I filed a bug report about that once, and they fixed it, then broke again in the next update, so whatever. No big deal there.

No, its included. To buy the HTML5 module, you still have to pay $99. I hope that YoYo Games will lower the price soon, though.

Maybe it wasn't selling, despite their contest and whatnot, so they decided they needed to just lower it down to a fourth the price. They'll have to sell four times as many as they would otherwise, for this business decision to make sense.Get GameMaker: Studio Web Collection (GameMaker: Studio Professional + GameMaker: Studio HTML5) for $49.99 -- marked down from $199.99 -- a remarkable 75% savings!
Take advantage of this ridiculously low price and get started creating cross-platform games with the easiest to use and most powerful games creation technology around!

Maybe they figured everyone who used GM already and was going to buy it did so, so go ahead and lower it to get everyone else.
I hope they make enough money to be able to fix the HTML5 bit so programs run properly in it, and you don't always have hordes of random bugs appearing.
