Oh, nevermind. I found a way which is user friendly and fast. The file is put in the user's public Dropbox folder and then the public link is sent to all the other clients. Then the file is downloaded with a download dll. This takes about 30 seconds. Perfect.
This requires the users, who want to share their files, to have a Dropbox account and to have the desktop application installed, but that isn't a problem for most people.

Allright. I got it 
The error was caused by something between 1 and 2. It had something to do with the main system object.
Instead of using libfmodex.a I used the VC fmod library. That did the trick.

Well, it seems to fail right from the start when calling FMODinit.

That is caused by your incredibly low fps and the game speed maintaining system. It needs a quick fix, but I keep forgetting to do it.
My laptop can maintain 40 without any problems. It even can run 2 games and not drop below 25
