Don't force them. Just place the ad in such a way that the user will be more likely to check it out. Like right above the game link, or right below it.
Avoid the problems of other DDR's... add a song editor, then call the files into the game. The players use their own songs, then host the files somewhere. Like Stepmania, which defeats the point entirely.
