Looking For Graphic Artist!

Hello members of GMC!  I use to be a member of his truly amazing site, however due to school and what not I had to leave the community.  Well I'm back and I'm requesting the help of all you graphic artists!

Background
I am a junior in high school.  I started my career in programming here and have expanded to working closely with Microsoft to develop apps and curriculums.

What Am I Looking For?
I am looking for an artist to work with me in app development.  You must be skilled in creating menu screens, game characters and sceneries and animations.

How Will This Work?
We go in a sprint cycle.  An app one month and a break for 2 weeks to a month.  You will be expected to draw somewhere between 20-50 images.

I am looking for a spriter to use withen and outside of Game Maker. You must be very skilled and I am willing to pay for sprites. Please send me a pm or send me an email at Dawarrior333@yahoo.com. Include the following application.

*Note that you must be able to use a various amount of software to draw sprites and GUI's.

I've been playing Assassin's Creed 1 lately on my Xbox and I love the game. So I want to make an assassin based game. What are some things you look for in a game like this? Like what kind of quests, side quests, little aspects will make the game better?
