Importing multiple things

I created about 500 tiles in png format. I need to import them into game maker. Does this mean I have to do it one by one?

I wasn't getting much response in the other section of the forum, so I'll post the same topic here
Basically I'm making a 1945-style plane shooting game. But in here, I'm making a level where the player is accompanied by allies. I have posted the file to demonstrate the artificial intelligence of the allies. Do you think you could give me any feedback on how it is? Any comments on how to improve it? How do I make the planes not overlap each other, and just be able to choose freely where to go? It's A GM8 Pro file. I have posted an executable.
PS: Watch it for at least a minute. Wait till both the planes are destroyed and the game is restarted.

Difference between 'View' and 'Port'?

Sorry for the noob question.
Can someone give me a practical example for the difference between 'View in Screen' and 'Port on Screen'? Aren't they basically the same thing? Can someone tell me which one is used when?

Emails Mission Objectives help

Alright. So I'm making a game where the objectives are provided to the player via emails in his PDA. How do I achieve this properly? I want it so that when you click on the e-mail subject, the content shows up in the body. See image for the demo. Also, most importantly, the scroll bar should work too! Any help?
