It feels to me as though the detail and proportions of the character model are irrelevant so long as the alternate color palettes are taken into consideration. In fact, the few seconds of cutscene in the trailer struck me as having much more depth than could have been possible with the less anthropomorphic models. Furthermore, it makes sense, logically, to offer to the player a more immersive visual experience when they lose interactive control.
This is off topic, but I have to add that it seems difficult to discern between tangible foreground objects and those in the background.

In Topic: Repeating Old Missions

Personally, if I were to go back and play old levels, it would probably be to level my score, if at all. That being said, I would prefer to do it within the same constraints as when the level is originally presented in its rightful position in the timeline. That way, the challenge would be to do better, not just finish.
What I would suggest, is to have the option to replay levels in order to go back and get missed bonuses. Once a level is beaten, it would be either marked with a symbol or a 100% completion grade of some sort, and only then could the player bring with them their current power-ups.

You cannot make a stereoscopic 3d game.well, there are the red and blue glasses. and there are the new glasses, the ones that arent red and blue.. they are...
is it possible to make a 3d game capable with those?
or are the movie theater screens built a special way?
(im not very educated in the 3d department)

Maybe you can make the missions unlocked but leave it to the player to realize that there's an impasse. As long as there's multiple levels, they can always try another, until they get a powerup (or run out of other levels) and try again. A prompt telling them where to go sounds lame.

You mean 24bit. That 2^24 colors. As in, a lot.Thank you. But 16 colors is not enough. I can also save it as a 24-color file, but that almost changes nothing, for some reason.
