Nice work so far.
Game Design Tip:
Make it possible to skip the dialogues. Either when you have already seen them you dont want to see them again... or one is just not interested in reading them completely. Therefore it would be more usefriendly if you would make it possible to skip the dialogues (I know a lot of effort went into the creation of it but still...leave it up to the player if he wants to see them or not).
Pressing Z for example shows the whole text and another button press makes the current text dissappear immediately. So one could skip through it way faster than it is currently possible.
Moreover pressing Esc skips the entire dialogue.
Also:
When you go into the door on the right side there is a guy that just stands there... it seems that it isn't possible to talk to him.
(Maybe a bug?)

works flawlessly!
(the added strafe function increases the playablility greatly. awesome stuff. i mean it was already really good but now it's even better!)
moreover:
what do you think about the idea that the enemies can destroy not only the computers but also the emitters...
this could add some more tactic elements...
in some levels the emitters are positioned in some hard to reach areas.

unfortunately the newest version doesn't work...
and gives me this error message:

This is a BGM.dll error; alarm 0 initiates BGM. Have you definitely got BASS.dll and BGM.dll in the directory? Try resetting the PC and load it again.
The new version isn't actually available yet, so you've just downloaded the same or a slightly later build...
allright, resetting worked...!
(both dlls were in the directory)
