"restart Room" Not Working

I'm using D&D in Gamemaker 7 Pro, and all of a sudden the restart room action stopped functioning and hasn't functioned since. Are there any other known instances or fixes of this, or should I upload a GMK for you guys to check?

It doesn't really matter that much the way the character dies, but I imagined it like falling onto his knees and then collapsing from there, clutching his chest all the while. It will be used in an open-world platformer called Jumpsuit, for every death in a "Crash Bandicoot Style" sequence. (Screen goes black to leave the image of the dying character)
Keep the size at 32x32 pixels please... you will receive your name in the credits!
EDIT: As a new post wouldn't be legal, I'll have to edit this one. I've received some really great death sequences to use of a very high quality, and they look brilliant when the character dies from an enemy. But when you're falling onto spikes from eighty feet... not so good. If somebody could make me an animation of the character dying in this manner I would be very, VERY pleased. You will receive credit, and those that have already contributed will recieve EXTRA credit.

Just a small request for those of you who want to do something different, or are just plain bored! Could you please edit my heart sprite so it is "broken"? It will be used in a HUD as an indicator than you have no lives remaining. Keep it as the same 32x32 image. Thankyou!

The goal of Scarabus is simple: Take every base on the map without getting your Scarabus Mecha completely destroyed. But you're going to have to dodge your less intelligent counter-parts, flamethrowers, sentry guns, trains, giant bosses and some slightly smaller yet just-a-lethal bosses, warp holes and improved models of yourself along the way. This version currently includes six weapons: the scarab bomb, flamethrower, land mine, flak cannon, rpg launcher and crystallizer. And what's more, as soon as you've unlocked them you'll be able to use them as much as you want! Why? Scarabus discards with the generic idea of ammunition and goes for an approach based on various weapon drawbacks, so if you really like that RPG Launcher you can use it as much or little as you like! It also includes some secret base defenses, hidden throughout the levels to assist you in your defending. Please download and give me suggestions and comments for improvements. Thanks in advance!

Arrow Keys: Movement
Space Bar: Shoot (Hold for flamethrower and crystallizer)
Number Keys (1-6): Change Weapon
Keypad Numbers: Use Base defense (Unlockable)

NOTE: Most weapons must be unlocked, along with all base defenses. Also, when the Flak Cannon is equip, you cannot move as it is ultra-heavy, and the RPG launcher has a two second gap after pressing fire.
