I played through to the end my first time. I only got 78%. :)
I must say, this game is very creative, I love the idea! :)
There was a very nice diversity in the minigames, and I found most of them pretty fun. I also like how you threw in non minigame events to do to gain money. Nice balance there. I respect that you made all the graphics custom too. They were pretty good, and the black and white drawings showing the thief were a nice touch. Some of the dialogue is pretty amusing too. :)
Impressive. 8.5/10

does the environment change time aswell??
from nite to day etc?

I see you're very observant! Yes, it does change from night to day as time progresses! The brightness of the flooring was created using three different backgrounds! That way, I don't need to change to Exclusive mode, and use the gamma controls.

I only got 78%

Don't worry, that's a great high score! :)

Oh! That gives me an Idea! I can make a high score list of the top 3 people!
Go check the front page for Top high scores!

Hi; could you check the program/link for accuracy or, if it's ok, add an alternate link? I've tried multiple times (using the right click/save) and I get a 1 second download with the file being about 39k. Of course, it's a corrupt zip...but other folks are getting it fine, apparently. :)

I put a post earlier but now here is more!

The graphics were really nice and I love that they were custom. Most first games are all from the resource pack.

The menus were good.

The ending sequence was very rewarding and I watctched it 3 times.

I was kinda getting sick of the mini games and wished there was more. The Achery tournement should not take that long because it is that rewarding.

A mini map or map would be great. I didn't get lost but it would be easier to find ur way aroung!

The prizes were cul!

My favorite part was talking to random people!

graphics: 9.4/10
Programming: 10/10
gameplay: 8.8/10
music: 10/10
Overall: 10/10!

Keep up the good work I cannot wait for more! :) :P :P

Whoops. Ignore my previous post. I can't explain the problem, but it downloaded completely this time. I'm glad I kept trying.

----

Like it was mentioned, it is nice to have something non-violent to play once in a while. Although the RPG-type isn't my favourite, I found it to be a pleasant game that I'll enjoy even more when the Christmas-season is here. Thanks.

Does someone have a mirror for d/l?

After more than ten tries, i only receive an 11kB corrupted .zip.
I think angelfire doesn't like me. :)

Oh, come on now. I was just stating a quote of his and a funny song lyric. No need to go off topic here; that's what the signatures are for.

Wow.... I went away for a week and came back, and there's a whole lot of posts! :(

Hmm... You got a 39k file? Okay... When you're downloading this game there are a few things to remember:

1. Use Right Click > Save Target As...

2. Mozilla or Internet explorer should both be fine ^^

3. Make sure the file is exactly 2.17 MB.

If you follow those instructions ^ your download should be fine :D

Great! I am in love with this game, it's fun, original, good looking and has replay value. My only gripes are there's one or two naff mini games (The dish cleaning one and the lawnmower one to name a few) and the dialogue is rather bad (Please don't use smilies and things like *Runs off*, it doesn't look right at all). But overall I am enjoying this game a lot. 8.5/10 :D

EDIT: I forget to mention, is the darts mini game impossible or something? My dart kept on going through the dart board :)

EDIT2: Finished! I got 70%, I got some of the personallities mixed up a bit, but I suppose it's alright :). That's got to be the only decent Game Maker ending I've ever seen, and a great one at that!

lol , i think in the future, our games wont be based on too many pokemon themes =P

im planning on an all time original game :D .. but need ideass. need ideass, dont know if we're starting again any time soon, school's in the way and its sooo much more harder plus more work this year -_-

well the 'last minute rush' game took us about 1 whole year to make, :) know why? lol.. its cuz we procastinate too much.. well i do :D drawing all the pics is soo very tiring, especially when i have to stare at the compter for like hours, i dont know how wizardii can stare at it for soo long  during our first projects, we faced many problems, ups and down. sometimes, we would argue and stuff you know.. sibling problems  but mehhh, we eventually made it .. within a year

now that we had some experience in what game making would do to us hahaha.. we may decide to take our time again, who knows. :) currently we have like.. 2 projects going for us, except the fact that we just putting it there, in the corner.. not touching it lol. 2 games that were started around the same time as 'last minute rush' -_- .. see? see how long we procastinate ? but i know we'll eventually finish them.. or maybe we'll jsut combine them all and make one mix.. powerfull? .. interesting game hahaha

oh ya, if you guys have any feedbacks or ideas please post them, we may even use them

and thanks again for all these encouraging and good feedbacks! ^___^

We're planning on a new game already. Toy Inventor ^^

It's a full-time rpg, unlike Last Minute Rush, In Toy Inventor, you are allowed to go all over the world, and explore.

Hmm.... I think I said too much...

Any more high scores? =)

We'll most likely just release it when it's "fully" Completed.

But we're not sure... We'll probably release some demos, if

we're not running low on time.
