We believe we've fixed the email issue many have been having. Notifications and validation emails should now get through.

 

If you're still having issues "from now", then please let us know....

I just Joined with a new account I'm not receiving any mail exept the one to register.

How can I get my code?

 

I'm desperate, I hope to end my training in Game making but it still is not working!

Since you are able to post here, your account has been already activated. As for getting notifications via email, you'll have to tick some preferences in your account settings (go to Edit My Profile > Notifications).

Clicking on Support -> Licence Recovery -> Recover - says: Licences have been sent to your email

But, its still not working. No Emails where sent, or not to me, my inbox is empty.

This may be related to the server issues over the weekend... Try again tomorrow and then contact the helpdesk if the issue persists please. :thumbsup:

I've contacted support several times to activate my account since I never received the activation email. Their response was pretty generic and they said wait till all issues are resolved. Although my tickets were after everyone said it's resolved.

Sent a ticket a week ago with no response from your staff and posted on these forums. Unable to receive my password reset email.

I'm able to receive my key recovery mail and the advert from YoYo Games for the Humble Sale, just not my password reset.

having the same issue here, I didn't even got an answer and the password to get to the question kept getting reset for some reason so after a few days I didn't even bothered looking anymore, the amount of disregard is huge

I know this is an old thread but could it get some attention please, I can't recover my licenses either, I'm not getting any emails. Been going back and forth with support and they just aren't getting the message.

 

Validation emails are not working and haven't been for at least a week.

This thread is not about recovering licenses and the mails from YYG. This thread is about the forum email system to recover a forum account.
