PixelBlast is a fast-paced arcade game where you must destroy incoming enemy cubes to survive and build up your own mass. Use powerups to slow time, unleash a shockwave or give yourself temporary invincibility but be careful when you shoot, as every bullet will decrease your size and progress. Play through two game modes: Classic, where you start from the bottom and work your way through 5 stages, trying to complete them in the shortest time possible. Once levels are completed, they are unlocked to play in arcade mode where the goal is to rack up the largest amount of ammunition possible by conserving ammunition and placing well-timed shots.

Wow very nice execution! Love the pc controls, feels very elegant to move around.

Some minor crits,

-The goal is a bit confusing at first, I didn't even know I could shoot until I read the Help page.

-Touch controls are kind of hard to use, especially compared to how good the keyboard works

-I personally would feel more accomplished if, the enemies would maintain the state that they left the screen in, i.e. If I take half it's shield I would like it to return with half its shield. Otherwise I feel like I have been robbed, and am frustrated. Also I played for quite a while and did not beat the first level on easy. So that was also a bit frustrating.

But - overall wonderful job, and good luck in the competition!

This is pretty good! Though, I do agree with MagicInkGames on the fact that controls were a bit confusing at first. It's definitely very difficult, but feels smooth and polished.

Thankyou very much for the well-wishes guys, great to have some feedback.

Will definitely be making the game a lot easier for the first few levels and also overhauling touch controls... not sure how just yet but the shooting doesn't feel quite right and needs fixing.

Unfortunately, won't be in time to see the comp judging dealine but ohwell.

Thanks again!
