I'm using Game Maker 8.1 and I cannot locate the folders the sprites I made in Game Maker are in. I've tried making hidden folders visible and I CANNOT find the folder no matter where I look.

Erm... They're stored in the game file unless you're using studio.

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature,
nor do the children of men as a whole experience it.
Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure.
Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.
To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits
in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.

If you're looking for a system folder, for your sprites that you've already imported into the game... not gonna find one. They are litterally stored within the game file itself.

If you're looking for the folder within Game Maker, that you stored your sprites in, they've got to be under the Sprites header.

You can export your sprites, from Game Maker, if you're needing to redit them again or something... however they export in a GM file type, may need to find an editor which can open it. (If there is one)

I found the problem. I didn't HAVE a save option because it was in simple mode. ~.~
