I really want create a game similar to the pyrozen's top creation sift heads world.
It is said the game is 3d but it seems like 2d how am i supposed to do that. most searches gives me the answer "It requires some algorithm"
Is there any sort of software that i can use to do that.
help would be credited.

This, from what I can see, this is just really nice Isometric Graphics.

wait. You want a game that is made in 3d. But looks 2d? :blink:

The easiest way will be to make the graphics isometric to begin with. You can actually make the game in 3D though, and use a special technique when setting the projection. This is what I use in this game.
This is achieved by moving the camera far away while zooming in. As is demonstrated here:
