Also, something like this belongs in the team requests forum. Please don't come asking for people to come and make your game. Being a director and having the idea is great, but team requests are for help working alongside you/others as you actively participate in the game making process. Having a basic plot idea and a few characters thought up isn't enough to attract a team to come and make your game. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Also, no one will work for you if you don't pay them. I don't mean a "fraction of the profits", cuz that never, ever, works out right.
Also, not to bring down your confidence, but you REALLY NEED to learn programming. No one will work for a "game tester" that will take all of the profit (or split it, whichever you will do). I speak all of this from experience. Sorry if I am taken rude in this post, but these are things you need to know.

I'm going to explain to you how the GMC works!
Here at the Game Maker Community, the users look to help each other. People come here with potentially great ideas all the time looking for help! The thing is about those people with potentially great ideas that actually get help is the fact that they've got an idea of not only the story of the game, but how the development will work out and the game's structure. Not only that, but these people already know basic programming (at least) and have a decent idea of what they're doing.
Some users come to us with nothing but a story or a vague idea (like what you did (and yes, dialog is only story)) and expect us to make their game for them. That just sadly isn't how it works. I suggest you start from the basics yourself and work your way up. Yes, some people strive to make the next big and great game out there, but have no idea what they're doing. The people who do make the great games start small and work up.
The thing you don't need to worry about this early is not the story or what the people will say, the thing to work on now is how will the game work, how will it play? What will make it original? And then you figure out that and how to do that, and that's when we start helping you with the slightly more complicated stuff.
There are plenty of tutorials to get yourself started here, on the sandbox and all over the internet. If you want to learn 3D, you'll need an understanding of GML, Game Maker's built-in programming language. Once you know the basics, the rest is a breeze.
And lastly, don't make a game only to make some cash. Yes, it's an industry and business, but to do it just to make some spare cash is wrong. Many people here and all around the world make top-notch games as hobbies and fun little projects and release them around the world for free, just because they could.
I wish you luck in your future with Game Maker and game development as a whole. I'm curious to see what happens to this project and what you will actually make.
