Now that I've lured you in with a deceptively simple title I can describe my problem. Basically I'm reexamining my entry to the GMC Jam and to combat the world switching complaints I've created two arrays that hold where it is safe to switch worlds. However these grids need to be generate before you enter the room. I thought I could just switch between rooms in a loop and survey the rooms. However it is clear that it doesn't work as it does not change room.

The WorldGridSetUp(Grid) script has been validated to be correct , it essentially surveys a level and fills the grid with 1 for unsafe areas and 0 for safe areas then returns a grid id that is then fed into the array.

Here's a sample of the error report produced by the PushError calls

The Room is not the same as the one stored in the array (FIRE)

This indicates that the loop successfully iterates through the array but the room never changes
