It has been suggested in the help ticket discussion that you uninstall GM and reinstall using this updated stand alone installer. http://store.yoyogam...staller-1.0.exe.
I cant personally test until tonight, but it's worth a shot.
For people who see this thread but not the bug thread, the guidance to reinstall GMS was specifically for a user that couldn't find the directory to delete "GoogleAdMobAdsSdk-4.1.0", (the directory being %AppData%\GameMaker-Studio\Android\SDKLibs\mopub-android-sdk\libs). They said, "In that case [directory doesn't exist] that is the reason for the errors - please uninstall and reinstall [...]"
Not saying that reinstalling won't work - probably for the same effect as downgrading. deleting 4.1.0 did fix this problem for me, by the way
