Beats me haha, earlier today while thinking of the GMC Survival Games, your username just came to mind.

To all participants: register and download Skype. If you have a microphone you can voice chat with you team, else you can text chat - or listen to your team.

To everyone else: I'll be live streaming the games, be sure to watch them and chat with me while we play! (there's a chat on the page, registration takes 30 seconds)

So will nametags still be visible over everyone's heads, or will those be removed to add to stealthiness? It's going to be pretty easy to spot someone pretty far away if their nametags are still there.

Just a quick suggestion. Sounds like fun. I might spectate this if I find time.

You do realise that sneaking (Shift) hides nametags behind walls, and that nametags are invisible from further than a certain distance away, right?

When I play Survival Games, I usually never crouch unless actively hiding from someone of whom I am terrified. I am almost never spotted from afar (And I almost never spot anyone else by their name)

Well, in a real survival situation such as The Hunger Games ("real"), you would be pretty easy to spot if you sprinted around all the time. It's pretty much the same thing as having a nametag over your head

Plus, the smaller your viewing distance, the harder it is to see other people.
But yeah, you rarely spot people by their nametag, you usually see the actual person first. After all, you are right below your nametag
